About Me
I’ve spent my life learning to speak clearly from the heart—and now, I help others do the same.
My Mission
I’ve spent my life learning to speak clearly from the heart—and now, I help others do the same.
Where I come from
I was born with a high-arched palate, which made certain speech sounds difficult. As a kid, this meant that sometimes people didn’t understand me—and I felt that deeply. But it wasn’t just about words. Growing up as a sensitive, artistic, and deeply queer kid in a sports-centric, conservative environment, I learned early how it feels to be unheard, unseen, or misunderstood.
I found my voice in unexpected places. First in music, then in art, in community, in the moments of deep listening and connection that made me feel truly present in my own skin. Later, I took a clown class on a whim, and something clicked. It taught me to trust my instincts, embrace the ridiculous, and stop trying to perform the “right” version of myself.
That’s the work I do now. I help others stop performing and start telling their true story.
what I do now
As a speaker, I share stories about voice, storytelling, and the power of deep human connection. As a creative consultant, I work with individuals, brands, and organizations to uncover what really matters—and then help them say it in a way that feels alive. Through Harc Creative, the agency I co-own with my beautiful husband, Jarren, I use creative facilitation to guide people toward clarity, confidence, and storytelling that resonates.
At the heart of all my work is a simple belief: when we hold ourselves more gently, we find the courage to speak with truth and heart.
let’s connect
If you’re looking for a speaker who can light up a room, a consultant who can help you find the heart of your message, or just someone who loves deep conversations about life and language—I’d love to connect.

Curious About What I’m Working On?
This year, I’m hard at work writing a book—a deep dive into storytelling, voice, and the courage to speak from the heart. My blog is where I share snapshots of that journey.
